Duties and Responsibilities:

- Visit current and potential customers to promote and build awareness of the TRACTION product lines
- Effectively develop strong, loyal relationships with customers by providing and exceptional level of customer service
- Work closely with store managers, regional managers,



business development specialists and other members of the Napa Traction team
- Enforce sales growth plans by successfully deploying marketing promotions and programs

Preferred Educations and Qualifications:

- Experience in the heavy vehicle parts industry and at least 2 years of sales experience
- Strong computer skills
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and planning skills
- Outgoing personable individual with strong communication skills
