At Collicutt Energy Services, our technicians work an 8-on / 6-off rotation, providing approximately 60 fewer workdays per year than a traditional Monday-Friday schedule while maintaining full-time employment and consistent work opportunities.

We are currently seeking experienced Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technicians to join our team in Red Deer.

What You'll Be Working On

This is not a repetitive PM-only position.

Our technicians work on a wide variety of equipment and power systems, including:

- CAT engines
- Cummins engines
- MTU engines
- Bi-fuel systems
- Transmissions
- Hydraulic systems
- Heavy equipment and industrial power systems

You will be involved in:
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Repairs and overhauls
- Preventative maintenance
- Failure analysis
- Mechanical inspections
- Equipment commissioning and support

We are looking for technicians who enjoy solving problems, working independently, and taking pride in quality workmanship.

What You'll Bring

Required

- Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician certification
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
- Robust diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Preferred





- Experience with CAT, Cummins, MTU, or industrial engine platforms
- Hydraulic troubleshooting experience
- Previous field or industrial service experience
