About Titan

Titan Security is a company based out of Halifax, Nova Scotia, established in 2016. Providing a variety of services, such as mobile patrol, event and static security, crisis support and long-term care support, our focus being how we can better support our communities, especially the people within them.

Titan Security and Investigation is hiring Casual Security Guards/LTC Support Workers to extend our coverage within the Halifax Regional Municipality.

*Titan’s LTC Support does not aid with activities of daily living such as brushing teeth, bathing, dressing, getting to the toilet, changing disposable garments, etc. If the resident is in a wheelchair and needs to go to an outside appointment the LTC health care staff will transfer the resident to the vehicle.

Skills and Qualifications LTC Support Worker:

- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Agile and team oriented.
- Delivering top-class service to our customers through effective communication and ability to build and foster relationships.
- Proactive and curious with a desire to learn and grow.




- Knowledge of business and management principles.
- 1+ years of patient watch is considered an asset.
- Driver License & vehicle is considered an asset.

Skills and Qualifications Security Guard:
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Strong observation and surveillance skills to identify potential security risks or suspicious activities.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with a diverse range of individuals, including employees, visitors, and law enforcement personnel.
- Knowledge of basic security protocols and procedures.
- 1+ years of experience in a Security Guard.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
