Responsibilities

- Coordinate with dispatch to plan efficient routes for freight deliveries across various regions
- Operate heavy equipment and commercial vehicles safely and in compliance with all regulations
- Handle freight loading and unloading, utilizing forklift skills when necessary to ensure secure cargo handling
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic automotive repairs to maintain optimal performance
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and freight documentation
- Communicate proactively with clients, shippers,



and carriers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
- Adhere strictly to safety standards, including proper operation of heavy equipment and freight handling procedures

Experience

- Proven experience in commercial driving, with a valid CDL license preferred
- Hands-on experience operating forklifts and other heavy equipment required for freight handling
- Knowledge of freight regulations, safety protocols, and transportation compliance standards
- Skills in automotive repair or basic vehicle maintenance highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with dispatch teams and clients
