JP Home Comfort is a rapidly growing residential HVAC company serving homeowners throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

We provide high-efficiency furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and complete home comfort solutions.

We are looking for an experienced, high-performing In-Home Sales Representative who knows how to walk into a homeowner's house, build trust, identify the opportunity, present the right solution, and close the deal.

This is not an entry-level sales position.

The Role You will meet homeowners at scheduled appointments and be responsible for taking the sale from initial consultation through close.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend pre-booked in-home appointments
- Build rapport and establish credibility with homeowners
- Conduct professional home comfort assessments
- Identify customer needs, pain points, and buying motivations
- Recommend appropriate HVAC and home comfort solutions
- Present furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps,



and related products
- Explain financing, rebates, promotions, and available options
- Handle objections and negotiate professionally
- Close high-ticket sales
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-ups in the CRM
- Consistently achieve individual sales and revenue targets
- Represent JP Home Comfort professionally in every customer interaction

Who We're Looking For We're looking for closers, not order takers.

The ideal candidate has a proven history of selling high-ticket products or services directly to homeowners.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of in-home sales experience
- OR proven direct residential HVAC sales experience
- Demonstrated history of achieving sales targets
- Strong closing and objection-handling ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable selling high-ticket products
- Highly self-motivated and competitive
- Professional appearance and communication
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when required

Strongly Preferred

- Residential HVAC sales experience
- Experience selling furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, or similar products
- Experience with financing and rebate programs
- Proven high-ticket sales performance
- Experience consistently generating $50K+ monthly revenue




- Experience with in-home consultations and one-call closes
- Previous experience working in a commission-based sales environment

HVAC technical experience is not mandatory. Sales ability is.

Compensation

Uncapped Commission – Up to 12% Per Closed Sale

Top-performing sales representatives have the opportunity to earn $100,000–$200,000+ annually, depending on individual sales performance.
