`Duties`

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Escort guests to their designated tables or waiting areas
- Provide menus and inform guests of daily specials
- Assist with seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of dining space
- Answer phone calls and take reservations or provide information about the restaurant
- Manage waitlist during peak hours and estimate wait times accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations

`Requirements`

- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant industry preferred
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle inquiries professionally




- Knowledge of food service procedures and basic menu items
- Familiarity with hotel or guest services is a plus
