Smitty's in Market Mall is looking for an individual who is comfortable in a fast paced environment, can help add to our team with energy, leadership and fun!

- Enthusiastically welcome our Team and Guests into our restaurant, lounge and kitchen.
- Support our team with utilizing and implementing all efficiency systems
- Execute Daily administration duties
- Actively work on a growth mindset and develop your leadership skills
- Communicate daily specials, and provide Guests with beverages and any other needs to make them comfortable
- Answer phones. and utilize POS and other systems

This position includes cash handling, customer satisfaction, FOH leadership and guidance, assistance to BOH as well as lounge. Customer service is the name of the game,



the individual we are looking for will closely interact with guests to ensure the highest quality of service and experience is created for them.
