Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide friendly assistance throughout their Stay.
- Support the host team by managing guest seating arrangements and waitlist procedures efficiently
- Inspect all arrivals up to Kalido Hospitality standards.
- Walk between properties as needed during the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service flow and uphold high standards of hospitality at all times.
- Gatekeeper of all BOH areas and inventory items.

Qualifications





- Previous experience in guest services, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred
- Robust communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members
- Knowledge of computer basic skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally
- ability to work alone or in a team setting with minimal supervision.
- Prior hotel experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing outstanding guest experiences
