Paradise Home Cleaning is seeking house cleaners in Toronto

- Old Toronto/Downtown
- Etobicoke
- North York
- East York
- Plus many other all areas in the greater area of the city!

We need cleaners who can service a 30 minute driving radius around their area, and have their own vehicle and cleaning supplies, including a vacuum. If you are happy to work on small cleaning team of 2–3 cleaners that you regularly work with, you are encouraged to apply together. We are happy to work with established small teams that consistently deliver high-quality service.

- Flat-rate pay for every cleaning: You are paid a set percentage of the customer's cleaning price for each job you complete, rather than being paid an hourly wage. Your pay is determined before the job, so you know what each cleaning pays.
- Work efficiently, earn more: Simply work through the cleaning checklist, complete the job to our quality standards, and you're free to go. Because you are paid a flat rate for each cleaning, the more efficiently you work, the more you can earn per hour.




- Consistent and competitive pay! We direct deposit every two weeks, with no exceptions.

We are looking for:

- Experienced cleaners with a minimum of 5 years of residential cleaning experience.
- Cleaners with reliable transportation and their own cleaning supplies, including a vacuum.
- Candidates willing to obtain their own general liability insurance.

Hours & Pay

- As a subcontractor, you will have the flexibility to choose your own working hours and schedule.
- In the first few weeks, we will start slow with a job or two per week, but once it is proven that you are able to consistently deliver reliable, professional, high-quality service, you will gradually ramp up with additional jobs to help fill your availability, with the chance to reach 35–40 hours per week if desired.
- Our cleaners are paid on a flat-rate percentage of each cleaning. This means your earnings are based on the value of the job, not simply the number of hours you spend cleaning.
- As you become more established with Paradise Home Cleaning, your percentage can increase, giving you the opportunity to earn more per job.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough residential cleaning services, including weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly standard cleanings.
- Complete deep cleaning services for homes requiring more detailed or intensive cleaning.
- Complete move-in and move-out cleanings, preparing homes for new occupants or ensuring they are left clean and ready for the next resident.
- Complete Airbnb turnover cleanings, including resetting the property between guests, changing linens, refilling supplies as needed, and ensuring the home is clean, organized, and guest-ready.
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and maintaining general cleanliness throughout the home.
- Organize and maintain cleanliness in various areas of the home, ensuring a neat environment.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all cleaning duties within the designated schedule.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their specific cleaning needs.
- Assist with laundry and other household tasks as required, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and organization.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
