Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Room Attendant to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring an exceptional experience for every visitor. Your energetic approach will help uphold our high standards of hospitality and cleanliness.

Duties

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming carpets, dusting surfaces, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine workplace.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and laundry rooms to promote a welcoming atmosphere.
- Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the management team promptly.
- Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs efficiently.
- Adhere to health and safety standards,



including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and sanitation protocols.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to maintain overall property excellence.

Requirements

- Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays as needed.
