Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and buffing to ensure floors are spotless and well-maintained
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to requests and ensuring guest or resident satisfaction
- Ensure all areas are sanitized according to health standards, including bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas




- Use janitorial supplies efficiently and responsibly while adhering to safety protocols
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory checks and reporting maintenance issues

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial roles—hotel experience is a plus!
- Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards
- Ability to perform hotel cleaning with attention to detail and efficiency
- Skilled in floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor waxing
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, skilled demeanor
- Experience with laundry operations and managing cleaning supplies
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and housekeeping management systems
