We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and oversee daily cleaning operations within our facility. Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, ensuring timely completion of cleaning tasks across all designated areas
- Train and mentor custodial staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and the use of hand tools and power tools
- Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness standards are met and identify areas for improvement
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, including facilities maintenance tools and commercial cleaning products
- Implement safety procedures related to heavy lifting, use of power tools, and handling of custodial equipment




- Collaborate with other departments to schedule cleaning around operational needs while minimizing disruptions
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, maintenance requests, and safety inspections to ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements

- Proven custodial or facilities maintenance experience with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning practices
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and facilities maintenance equipment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead teams and coordinate with other departments
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physical demands associated with custodial work
- Customer service mindset with a focus on creating a welcoming environment for staff and visitors
- Prior supervisory experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
