In this role, you will have a direct impact on the team's performance through your expertise in operations management, process optimization, and team development. Develop and maintain an efficient administrative structure that supports team activities and delivers an exceptional client experience.

Optimize processes, workflows, and resource allocation to improve operational efficiency and business performance. Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational activities, including priorities, schedules, leave management, and team support requirements. Support team members through onboarding, professional development, coaching, and performance management activities.

Collaborate with internal partners and serve as a key resource on people management practices and organizational initiatives. Your team National Bank Financial - Wealth Management is home to nearly 1,000 Investment Advisors serving more than 400,000 clients across Canada. Reporting to the leadership team, you will play a key role in supporting business growth and operational excellence.

- Proven experience in operational management and process optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage priorities, workloads, and resources in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry or wealth management sector.
