We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join our team in VICTORIA, British Columbia, Canada.

As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, the HR Coordinator plays a key role in delivering positive candidate and employee experiences throughout the employment lifecycle. You will be engaged in meaningful work, responsible for coordinating and administering processes and activities in the areas of recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, and time and pay, while ensuring accurate employee data and the maintenance of HR systems/platforms. As a trusted resource, the HR Coordinator provides timely support and information to employees, candidates,



and clients, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with exceptional client service skills. You are a proactive, collaborative team player who embraces change and is committed to continuous improvement. You are adept at navigating systems and take the initiative to learn and create efficiencies.

Hybrid Work Model

This position is located in our Victoria, BC office. You will have the flexibility to work part of the time on-campus and part of the time off-campus. The requirement for on-campus presence is a minimum of 40% of your schedule in a month.
