We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Technician to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across various facilities. Responsibilities

- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation units.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter replacements, system inspections, and calibrations to ensure peak performance.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings to accurately diagnose issues.
- Conduct plumbing and appliance repairs related to HVAC systems as needed to maintain operational integrity.
- Utilize welding skills for ductwork fabrication or repair projects requiring metalwork expertise.




- Assist with boiler maintenance and mechanical system upgrades to improve efficiency and safety.
- Document all service activities thoroughly and communicate findings clearly to team members or clients.

Experience

- Proven experience working as an HVAC technician or mechanic in commercial or residential settings.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in plumbing, welding, boiler systems, and appliance repair.
- Familiarity with construction processes and the ability to read detailed schematics is highly desirable.
- Previous experience with maintenance of HVAC systems combined with construction or mechanical trades is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
