We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Immigration Caseworker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing immigration cases with precision and professionalism, ensuring all documentation and processes adhere to legal standards. Your proactive approach will support clients through complex immigration procedures, providing clear guidance and timely updates.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research on immigration laws, policies, and case requirements using tools such as LexisNexis and iManage.
- Prepare and review legal documents, applications, and supporting materials with meticulous attention to detail.
- Manage case files through effective filing, data entry, and record-keeping practices to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Interview clients to gather essential information, assess eligibility, and clarify case details while demonstrating professional phone etiquette.
- Proofread all written correspondence and legal drafts to maintain high standards of accuracy and clarity.
- Coordinate with external agencies or legal entities to facilitate case progress and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in project management tasks related to case deadlines, document submissions, and client follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow.
Experience
- Proven administrative experience with strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in legal or immigration settings is highly desirable.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise legal drafting and correspondence.
- Strong interviewing skills combined with professional phone etiquette for client interactions.
- Familiarity with data entry, filing systems, and clerical tasks essential for maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
