Job Summary

PART TIME IN HOME CAREGIVER WANTED

We are looking for a dependable, compassionate, caring individual to join our team as an in-home caregiver for a young man with physical disabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

●Assisting with dressing, personal hygiene and daily care

●Preparing lunches and light snacks

●Medication distribution

●Laundry and light house keeping related to client care

●Provide companionship and a safe, supportive environment

SCHEDULE

●Guaranteed a minimum 2 days per week

●Additional weekend day/overnight shifts on a rotating schedule (every third weekend)

●Opportunity for extra hours as needed

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

●Reliable, kind, patient, respectful of privacy

●Able to work independently

●Valuable communication skills to relay important information to family and caregiving team





●Caregiving experience is an asset, but not necessary

●A valid drivers licence and First Aid/CPR certification are considered assets

●Someone who is comfortable in a pet friendly home (3 small dogs)
