To support the continued growth of its international sourcing operations, the company is seeking an Import Clerk (Consolidation) to join its logistics team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Import, you will play a key role in coordinating international shipments. You will be responsible for monitoring overseas suppliers, consolidating cargo, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure imports are delivered efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.

Follow up with overseas suppliers to confirm product readiness





- Coordinate international shipments in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Maintain daily communication with suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers
- Verify shipping marks and shipment information with vendors
- Enter and maintain data in the ERP system (SAP)
- College diploma (DEC, AEC, or equivalent) in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field; 1 to 2 years of experience in import/export or international logistics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;

Experience with SAP is considered an asset. Full-time permanent position
