What You'll Do

- Meet with homeowners in their homes to discuss remodeling needs
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers




- Design customized bathroom remodeling solutions
- Present products, pricing, and financing options
- Create accurate project proposals and quotes
- Guide customers through the decision-making process
- Maintain follow-up communication and deliver exceptional customer service
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals

What We're Looking For

- Sales experience preferred, especially in-home sales, home improvement, retail, or commission-based environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong closing and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
- Professional appearance and presentation skills
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Coachable, goal-oriented, and committed to personal growth

Compensation

100% Commission-Based Position
