Role Description

This is a full time hybrid role for an Independent Sales Representative based in Toronto, ON, with opportunities for some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, consulting with potential clients to identify insurance needs, and providing tailored Living Benefit solutions.

Responsibilities include proactive outreach, client prospecting, scheduling meetings, and delivering exceptional customer service.





The Sales

Representative will manage a portfolio of clients and ensure their insurance needs are met with suitable and reliable products.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of or interest in financial services, insurance products, and Living Benefit solutions
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage client portfolios and schedules efficiently
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication, client management, and reporting
- Experience in insurance, sales, or financial planning is an asset (training will be provided for candidates new to the field)
- A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
