Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook authentic Indo-Chinese dishes with attention to flavor, presentation, and quality standards

- Handle all aspects of food preparation, including chopping, marinating, seasoning, and assembling ingredients efficiently

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations

- Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure a positive dining experience for guests

- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking to ensure smooth kitchen operations





- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure freshness of ingredients

- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of food service and customer satisfaction

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or food service environment

- Strong knowledge of Indo-Chinese cuisine, including popular dishes and traditional cooking techniques

- Excellent food handling skills with a focus on hygiene and safety practices in the kitchen

- Ability to serve dishes efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards

- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, utensils, and safety protocols in a fast-paced setting

- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff

- Passion for culinary arts with a desire to learn new techniques and improve skills within the food industry
