Position: Project Coordinator
Duration: 2 Months (Possibility of extension)

Work Model: Remote
Pay Rate: CAD 23/hr

About this opportunity:
On behalf of our client, we’re looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support operational activities across one or more functional departments and/or branches. This role will focus on coordinating processes, maintaining operational plans and procedures, identifying system and process issues, and supporting initiatives that improve productivity and efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the operating activities of one or more functional departments and/or branches.
- Develop and maintain plans, policies, and procedures for operational activities.
- Identify, prioritize, and communicate system and process issues affecting productivity and efficiency.
- Provide input and support for process and operational improvements.
- Support activities such as scheduling, quality assurance, billing, cost analysis, reporting, and inventory reconciliation.
- Create, maintain, and update operational policies and procedures, including return procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, operations,
business administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
- Ability to identify and communicate process and system issues effectively.
- Experience supporting operational policies, procedures, reporting, scheduling, or quality assurance activities.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a remote environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with billing, cost analysis, inventory reconciliation, or operational reporting.
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with business systems and operational workflows.
