The Role

We are seeking an IT Analyst to join our Corporate team. This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting an organization's IT systems. This includes addressing Tier 1 and or Tier 2 helpdesk ticket requests and working with end-users.

Day to Day

- Support Tier 1 and Tier 2 helpdesk tickets, including user, security group, and mail group requests

- Assist users with technical issues related to hardware, software, or network problems

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including account setup and network configuration

- Monitor system performance and address issues as they arise

- Document procedures, operations, and issues for future reference

- Explain technical details to non-technical staff or clients and provide feedback to users

- Work with vendors to repair system malfunctions

- Set up new users and remove users from the system





- Add and remove users from mail groups and security groups

- Additional responsibilities and duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

- Post-secondary education or practical experience with computer systems, networks, and IT support is required

- General understanding of Windows OS, mobile phones, and Active Directory

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to collaborate with IT teams and end-users

- Ability to occasionally travel to P&H; locations
