Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

- Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for system improvements.

- Create functional specifications, process flows, data-flow diagrams, and technical documentation.

- Analyze existing applications and recommend enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.

- Work closely with developers and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Write and execute SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.

- Analyze application issues and assist with root-cause analysis and resolution.

- Work with REST APIs and system integrations to troubleshoot data and connectivity issues.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups,



and retrospectives.

- Support application testing, UAT, deployments, and production releases.

- Monitor system performance and identify potential risks or improvements.

- Maintain transparent technical and functional documentation.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with

Azure or AWS

- Knowledge of

Power BI or other reporting tools.

- Experience with

Jira and Confluence

.

- Familiarity with

Postman

.

- Knowledge of Git and CI/CD concepts.

- Experience with ServiceNow or enterprise application platforms.

- Understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
