About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Inside/Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage customer relationships both in-store and in the field. You'll split your time between handling counter/phone sales and quoting, and proactively visiting customers, job sites, and prospects to build new business and strengthen existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, and by email providing product recommendations, quotes, and order support
- Proactively call on existing and prospective customers (contractors, electricians, industrial accounts) to build relationships and grow sales
- Maintain strong product knowledge across electrical components, tools, and supplies
- Process orders accurately, including pricing, availability, and lead times
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
- Follow up on quotes, leads, and open opportunities




- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on stock, special orders, and pricing
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records (CRM/order system)
- Represent Faraday Supply professionally at customer sites, trade events, and job walks

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in sales, ideally in electrical, industrial, or trade supply
- Comfortable both behind the counter and on the road meeting customers
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a flexible schedule between inside and outside duties
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for outside sales calls
- Familiarity with electrical products/terminology or is a journeyman Electrician is a strong asset
- Comfortable with basic computer/order systems

Pay: $36,000.00-$149,614.08 per year
