We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team in an Inside/Sales position.

Inside Sales

- Assist walk-in and phone customers with parts inquiries and orders
- Look up and identify parts
- Prepare quotes and process orders
- Follow up on quotes, orders and backorders
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Provide knowledgeable, friendly customer service

Outside Sales

- Visit and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Identify opportunities to grow sales with current accounts
- Develop relationships with current and propsective customers
- Promote products, programs and current promotions
- Follow up with customers on quotes, concerns and other needs

Other Responsibilities This position is not limited to only sales. As part of our team, you will also be expected to assist with:

- Receiving, putting away and organizing freight




- Maintaining a clean and organized worksplace
- Light janitorial duties
- General store duties and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned

What we're Looking For

- Parts experience is required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working both inside the store and out in the community
- Self-motivated and able to build customer relationships
- Dependable, organized and team-oriented
- Willing to jump in and help wherever needed
- Available to work rotating Saturdays
