Blake Medical is looking for an energetic, outgoing and highly organized Inside Sales & Sales Administrator to join our team in Brantford.

For this position, personality matters. A lot.

You should be confident picking up the phone, comfortable starting conversations with customers, and naturally able to make people feel welcome and valued. At the same time, you need to be organized enough to stay on top of customer follow-ups, orders, demos and sales opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

This role combines inside sales, customer relationship management and sales administration. Your responsibilities will include:

- Proactively contacting existing customers to maintain and strengthen relationships
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Blake Medical products
- Contacting customers regarding new products, promotions, sales programs and opportunities
- Following up with customers after quotes, demos and product inquiries
- Tracking current customer orders and providing updates when required
- Coordinating and tracking product demos from initial request through follow-up and return
- Ensuring demo opportunities don't fall through the cracks and following up with customers to help convert demos into sales




- Maintaining accurate customer information, activities and follow-ups within HubSpot
- Working comfortably within accounting software to access customer, order and sales information
- Supporting our outside sales representatives with customer follow-up and administrative needs
- Helping identify customers who haven't ordered recently and proactively reconnecting with them
- Keeping customer communication organized, timely and professional
- Providing general sales and administrative support to help keep our sales team running smoothly

Who We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is:

- Outgoing, friendly and genuinely sociable
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers on the phone
- Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
- Positive, enthusiastic and able to bring great energy to the team
- Comfortable developing relationships with customers
- Sales-minded without being overly aggressive or "pushy"
- Organized and capable of managing multiple follow-ups and priorities
- Self-motivated and willing to take initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do next
- Comfortable working with HubSpot CRM
- Comfortable working with Accounting Software
- Confident using email, Microsoft Office and other common business software
- Able to work collaboratively with a busy, social and fast-moving team

Previous inside sales,



customer service or sales administration experience would be an asset.
