Duties

- Maintain professional phone etiquette and clear communication to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with team members to analyze customer data for insights that improve service quality and sales strategies
- Support multilingual customers by communicating fluently in English and Spanish, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles with robust communication skills
- Multilingual abilities,



especially fluency in English are highly preferred
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer data and identify upselling opportunities
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of sales techniques including upselling and cross-selling strategies
