Position Summary We are seeking an energetic, organized Inside Sales & Order Coordination Specialist to serve as the key bridge between our client management and warehouse operations. Located directly on-site at our facility, you will handle incoming sales inquiries, process customer orders, manage inventory counts, and work side-by-side with the floor fulfillment team to ensure precise order processing and timely shipments.

Key Responsibilities

- Inside Sales & Customer Communication
- Handle incoming sales inquiries, generate quotes, and process sales orders via phone, email, and ERP system.
- Upsell complementary products and advise clients on availability, specifications, and lead times.
- Manage client communication regarding order status, tracking, and backorders.
- Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor stock levels continuously in the warehouse management system.
- Perform routine inventory audits and cycle counts alongside the warehouse team.




- Identify discrepancies between system data and physical stock to ensure high order accuracy.
- Work directly on the warehouse floor to coordinate order priorities with picking and packing teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 1–3 years in inside sales, order processing, or logistics support (industrial or warehouse environment preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM and ERP software - QuickBooks and MS Excel.
- Soft Skills: Clear communication, strong attention to detail, and ability to handle multi-tasking.

Job Types: Permanent, Full time Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
