Seeking to hire a full Domino's team for our upcoming Lower Sackville location. Please note this location is currently under construction and will not open for a couple months, but we will be hiring over the next few weeks and conducting training out of our other locations in advance (primarily out of our Bedford branch but there could be hours available at the other branches as well).

Both part time and full time available, with those who are interested and showing potential having the ability to become assistant managers and shift runners. We are not hiring drivers at this time as that will be closer to opening date. Please note we are currently not supporting any immigration applications at this time.

Compensation

-$17-$22 per hour (final amount depends on how your training goes, whether you are part time or full time, and if you become a shift runner or not.

Responsibilities

- Prepare high-quality food items efficiently while maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards
- Operate POS systems, to process orders accurately and handle cash and card transactions with precision
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction




- Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with health regulations
- Handle cash accurately during cashiering duties and balance registers at shift end
- Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met consistently

Requirements

- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices
- Experience with POS systems and basic math skills are essential for cash handling and order management
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food handling and kitchen operations
