Kiewit is currently seeking an experienced Instrumentation Technician for the Path2Zero project, located in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta . Possession of a valid Journeyperson (JM) Instrumentation Technician Ticket Apprentices are encouraged to apply Experience soldering copper within the cold box scope for cooling towers Minimum 5 years’ working on Industrial Sites Compensation And Shift Details Base wage: $52.00 per hour as per CLAC Collective Agreement ITC Premium: $2.50 per hour on base hours (40 hours per week) Vacation pay: 6% on base hours (40 hours per week) Statutory holiday pay: 3.6% on base hours (40 hours per week) Shifts run Monday to Thursday, 10 hours per day; Overtime and weekend work may be required Candidates offered a position must successfully complete SureHire Drug, Alcohol, an Audiometric test, and 50lb Fitness to Work test No travel and living-out expenses provided Project Information The Path2Zero project is a major clean energy initiative supporting the decarbonization of industrial operations in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. Upon its completion in 2028, the facility will be Canada’s largest clean hydrogen production site and among the largest globally.
