Role Description The Insurance Account Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Brampton, ON, focused on supporting clients with their insurance and financial needs. In this role, the representative builds and maintains client relationships, assesses coverage needs, and provides personalized insurance recommendations across auto, home, life, health, and business lines.

Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, processing policy changes, preparing quotes, and assisting clients with billing and claims-related questions.



The representative actively engages in sales activities, follows up on leads, and contributes to growth targets while delivering consistent, high-quality customer service. The role also involves participating in training, staying current on products and regulations, and collaborating with team members to ensure an efficient and professional client experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills to build relationships, manage client portfolios, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening to understand client needs.
- Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, needs-based selling, and follow-up to achieve growth and retention targets.
- Experience in Training or willingness to learn and participate in ongoing product, compliance, and sales training.
- Relevant insurance or financial services experience is an asset, along with knowledge of personal and commercial insurance products.
- Ability to work on-site in Brampton, ON, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort using CRM and office software.
- Applicable licensing or eligibility to obtain required provincial insurance licences; post-secondary education in business or a related field is an advantage.
