Overview

We are seeking a skilled Insulator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing insulation materials in residential and commercial buildings to enhance energy efficiency and comfort. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and proficiency with hand tools. The Insulator will work closely with construction teams to ensure that insulation is installed correctly and meets all safety standards.

Duties

- Install various types of insulation materials, including fiberglass, spray foam insulation, batt and poly and blown cellulose.
- Use concrete nail gun to secure insulation against the walls.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively for cutting, fitting, and securing insulation.
- Apply caulking and sealants as needed to ensure airtight installations.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to coordinate insulation work within the overall project timeline.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment,



adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Conduct inspections of installed insulation to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.

Qualifications

- construction fields is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment necessary for insulation installation.
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks effectively.
- A valid driver's license may be required based on job location.
