We’re looking for an Insurance Advisor to join our Vancouver team and help customers understand their options, find the right coverage, and feel confident about their decisions.

This is a people-focused role combining customer service, relationship building, and sales. You’ll speak with customers, learn what matters to them, explain available options clearly, and help turn conversations into long-term relationships.

What You’ll Do as an Insurance Advisor

- Speak with customers and understand their insurance needs
- Explain coverage, products, and options clearly
- Recommend appropriate solutions based on customer needs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up on enquiries and new opportunities

What We’re Looking For You’re confident with people, comfortable asking questions, and able to make complicated information easy to understand.

Experience in insurance, financial services, sales, retail, or customer service is valuable, but training and development will be provided.
