Role Description This full-time remote Insurance Agent role focuses on helping working families understand and secure appropriate insurance coverage. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with prospective and existing clients, assessing their insurance needs, and presenting tailored life insurance options.

The Insurance

Agent will conduct virtual meetings, explain policy features and benefits, prepare quotes, and assist clients with applications and policy changes. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, following up on leads, managing a personal book of business,



and adhering to regulatory and company compliance standards. Agents are expected to meet sales goals, provide responsive customer service, and collaborate with team members and leadership to improve processes and results.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance to effectively present and explain coverage options.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and support policyholders throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access, strong time management, and self-motivation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort with phone and video consultations.
- Willingness to obtain and maintain appropriate insurance licensing as required by state or provincial regulations.
- Previous experience in sales, financial services, or insurance is beneficial but not strictly required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, finance, or related fields is a plus.
