Truly Insurance is looking for a RIBO-licensed Insurance Producer to join our growing team.

This is a commission-based sales role for someone who wants to build a book of business while developing long-term relationships with clients, referral partners, and their broader skilled network.

The role is not limited to closing individual policies. We are looking for someone who can consistently create new opportunities, earn clients’ trust, and sustain relationships that contribute to long-term growth and retention.

What You’ll Do

- Sell insurance products and build your own book of business
- Understand each client’s needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Maintain relationships after a policy is bound and support client retention
- Build a professional network through outreach, referrals and community connections
- Keep client and sales activity accurately documented

What We’re Looking For

- A valid RIBO license is required
- Newly licensed or early in your insurance career.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills




- Confidence speaking with prospective clients and asking for business
- A proactive, self-motivated and consistent approach to sales
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in insurance

Compensation

This is a commission-based position. The commission structure and earning opportunity will be discussed transparently during the interview process.
