Integration Lead Solution Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Integration Lead Solution Architect to design, support, and optimize enterprise data and integration solutions within a complex financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data platforms, pipelines, data quality, governance, troubleshooting, technical documentation, and solution architecture, along with hands-on experience using modern AI coding assistants and task automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of scalable enterprise integration and data platform solutions.
- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines, workflows, and integration processes.
- Establish and maintain data quality, governance, lineage, and validation standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex integration, data, application, and platform issues.
- Analyze system failures, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with application, data, cloud, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
- Create detailed technical architecture documents, solution designs, runbooks, and operational documentation.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide technical guidance to development and support teams.
- Leverage AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Claude, or similar tools to improve development productivity.




- Identify opportunities for task automation, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Adapt technical solutions and priorities as project requirements evolve.
- Work effectively with enterprise technology teams, third-party vendors, and diverse vendor ecosystems.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and technology standards.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Solution Architecture, Integration Architecture, or Data Architecture within enterprise environments.
- Hands-on expertise with data platforms, data pipelines, data integration, data quality, and data governance.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience creating technical documentation, architecture diagrams, solution designs, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Experience with at least one AI coding assistant, such as GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Claude, or equivalent.
- Experience implementing or supporting automation and productivity-enhancement solutions.
- Solid communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple technical teams.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic enterprise environment where priorities and project requirements may evolve.
- Experience with financial services/banking environments and enterprise vendor ecosystems is an asset.
