Job Overview:

Prestige Design and Construction (Ottawa) Ltd. is seeking an experienced Interlock and Landscape Crew Foreman to lead a crew on commercial, industrial, and residential projects. The Crew Foreman is responsible for directing daily site work, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and mentoring crew members, while remaining hands-on with installation work.

Must have experience in the following:

- Supervising and coordinating a crew on interlock and landscape installation projects
- Well-rounded skill base: natural stone, interlock, retaining walls, planting & odd jobs
- Site preparation and softscapes
- Knowledge of various patterns and interlocking materials
- Reading and interpreting site plans/blueprints and ensuring work meets specifications
- Scheduling daily tasks, assigning crew responsibilities, and managing workflow to meet project deadlines
- Conducting quality control checks and enforcing job site safety compliance
- Training, mentoring, and supervising junior crew members and labourers




- Liaising with project managers, clients, and other trades on-site
- Valid driver's license
- Steel-toed safety boots (required)

Pay: The salary range listed is for illustrative purposes only and is not final. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and relevant experience, and may vary outside of this range

Pay: $33.00-$35.00 per hour
