Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in driving supply chain performance through strategic procurement, supply planning, and supplier relationship management for your assigned product portfolio. You will directly contribute to product availability while optimizing inventory levels, costs, and supply risks. Procurement and Order Management Create, manage, and adjust purchase orders to support evolving business needs.
Ensure compliance with supplier agreements and procurement parameters. Maintain accurate master data and procurement settings within company systems.
Demand
Management and Inventory Optimization Manage inventory levels to achieve product availability targets while optimizing inventory turnover. Provide proactive visibility on supply risks, constraints, and opportunities. Produce and communicate analyses that support business decision-making and inventory optimization initiatives.
Supplier
Performance and Relationship Optimization Participate in the negotiation of pricing, commercial terms, and long-term supply agreements. Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions to meet business objectives. Collaborate closely with Strategic Sourcing, Planning, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams.
Supply Chain
Expertise and Risk Management Work closely with Demand Planning, Engineering, Product Development, and Quality teams. Identify, assess, and communicate risks related to supplier capacity, material availability, and business continuity. Act as a key contributor in resolving supply chain challenges and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,
Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement, supply planning, inventory management, or a related function.
Experience working within a manufacturing or complex supply chain environment.
Experience using ERP systems (SAP is considered an asset). Strong proficiency in English; bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset. Proactive mindset and ability to anticipate risks and identify practical solutions.
