Key Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries and write repair orders • Schedule service work and monitor vehicle status • Process paperwork accurately for completed jobs • Review repairs with customers upon vehicle delivery • Suggest additional services to enhance vehicle performance

Requirements: • Valid British Columbia driver’s license • Working knowledge of automotive equipment • Solid communication and decision-making skills • Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus • Experience in customer satisfaction and retention
