We're looking for a highly organized Law Clerk with three years in litigation support. Your role will involve drafting critical legal documents, overseeing file accuracy, and liaising with clients and opposing counsel effectively. Demonstrating ownership and curiosity in your work will be essential to this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft Applications, Affidavits, and Separation Agreements
• Maintain accurate electronic and hard-copy files
• Liaise between clients and the legal team during processes
• Schedule court dates and monitor file progress




• Accurately docket billing in legal software
Requirements:
• 3+ years as a Law Clerk in a litigation environment
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions
• ILCO certification or LSO-approved paralegal license is preferred
• Understanding of Family Law Rules and court processes
• Comfort with legal software, Clio experience is a plus
