Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver responsive care aligned with resident care plans
• Assist with daily living while ensuring resident dignity




• Maintain accurate documentation of care given
• Observe and report on residents' holistic health needs

Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 10 education and certified as an HCA
• Registration with Alberta's CLHA required
• Previous experience as an HCA is an asset
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in challenging physical environments
