Schedule:Saturdays & Sundays, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PMPay Rate:$17.80/hourResponsibilitiesGreet customers in a friendly manner when they arrive on siteCalculate the parking charges and collect fees from customer, making change and cash handling (if applicable)Logging all tickets in the log sheetReplenish ticket supply and manage ticket inventoryAssist customers on how to use pay stations through intercom systemsEnsure all signs are posted and in positive conditionMonitor lot and check for parking space availabilityManage, assist and advise clients on the parking rules and procedures (prices, troubleshooting, opening hours, etc.)Keep the workplace clean at all times – daily cleaning of gate, machines, and boothQualificationsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to make decisions under pressure, demonstrate resourcefulness,
