Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and highly resilient applications.
- Develop backend services using Java and modern Java frameworks, with strong exposure to Kotlin.
- Build responsive and maintainable frontend applications using React.
- Design, develop, and optimize PostgreSQL databases, queries, and data models.
- Develop and deploy applications using containers and contemporary cloud-native practices.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.




- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Establish and promote coding standards, design patterns, testing practices, and engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex application, performance, and production issues.
- Ensure applications meet security, scalability, reliability, and performance requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and developer efficiency.
