Software development using technologies such as Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, messaging frameworks (e.g., RabbitMQ), and SQL (required).

Experience with container runtimes such as Docker and workload/container orchestration platforms, including Kubernetes or similar technologies.

Solid working knowledge of multi-tiered applications, databases, application servers, network infrastructure, security, and data flows across these components (required).

Strong working knowledge of REST and JSON APIs, as well as SCIM for user collection, provisioning, and deprovisioning (required).

Strong working knowledge of Git, including branching and tagging strategies.

Quality-focused approach to software development, driven by unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing.

Deep knowledge of building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions, including security tooling such as SonarQube, Coverity, and similar solutions.

Ability to work effectively in project teams, perform under pressure, facilitate discussions, support decision-making, and resolve conflicts.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and effectively respond to diverse stakeholders.
