What You'll Do

As a Jewelry Sales Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while representing the quality and craftsmanship that define Gandy Jewelry.

You'll

● Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and personalized service.

● Guide customers through our luxury collections, helping them find the perfect piece for every occasion.

● Share your knowledge of fine jewelry, gemstones, precious metals, and custom design options.

● Build lasting client relationships that inspire loyalty and repeat business.

● Achieve individual and team sales goals through genuine, consultative selling.

● Support merchandising, inventory management,



and showroom presentation.

● Maintain a beautiful, organized boutique that reflects our luxury brand.

● Handle customer concerns confidently and professionally.

● Collaborate with teammates to create an outstanding shopping experience every day.

Requirements:

● At least 2 years of jewelry retail sales experience

● In-store, customer-facing retail experience (not call centre)

● Strong English communication skills

● Experience selling premium or luxury products

● Ability to build relationships with customers and confidently make sales

● Friendly, professional, and customer-focused

● Well-presented with a positive attitude

● Organized with valuable attention to detail

● Comfortable working in a busy retail environment

● Good follow-up and time management skills

● Enjoy working as part of a team
