Toronto Academy of Education is seeking an experienced Meta Ads & CRM, Integration Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Meta advertising, Meta Business Suite, CRM integrations, lead generation, tracking and marketing automation.

We are looking for someone who combines digital advertising expertise with strong technical problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing Facebook and Instagram advertising while also understanding how leads move from advertising platforms into CRM systems such as GoHighLevel (GHL).

This is not an entry-level social media position. Candidates should have demonstrated hands-on experience managing Meta campaigns, Meta Business assets, CRM integrations and lead-generation systems.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns

 Manage Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager and Meta Business

Suite

 Review Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, ad accounts and connected

Meta assets

 Manage and troubleshoot users, partners, permissions and asset access

 Create and manage Meta lead-generation campaigns

 Build and manage Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads and Instant Forms

 Create campaign, ad set, audience and retargeting structures

 Monitor advertising performance, cost per lead and lead quality

 Test and optimize campaign audiences, creatives and conversion performance

 Review and configure Meta Pixel, datasets, events and conversion tracking

 Integrate Meta lead-generation campaigns with GoHighLevel

 Configure CRM field mapping and lead-source tracking

 Test the complete lead journey from Meta into the CRM





 Configure contacts, opportunities, pipelines, tags and lead routing where required

 Support CRM workflows, triggers and marketing automation

 Troubleshoot missing, duplicated or incorrectly mapped leads

 Review landing pages, forms and funnels used for lead generation

 Verify that leads are correctly assigned and followed up within the CRM

 Troubleshoot Meta, CRM, tracking and integration issues

 Work with webhooks, APIs or third-party integration tools where required

 Recommend improvements to advertising, tracking, CRM and lead-

management processes

Required Experience

Candidates should have strong practical experience with:

 Meta Ads Manager

 Meta Business Manager / Meta Business Suite

 Facebook advertising

 Instagram advertising

 Meta Lead Ads and Instant Forms

 Lead-generation campaigns

 Campaign optimization

 Audience targeting and retargeting

 Meta Pixel and conversion tracking

 CRM integrations

 Lead routing and field mapping

 Marketing automation

 Technical troubleshooting

CRM & Technical Skills

*Robust experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is highly preferred.
