Email Designer – DTC eCommerce (Whisky Library)

About the Role

We’re looking for an Email Designer to create high-quality, conversion-focused email campaigns for Whisky Library . You’ll work closely with marketing, copywriters, and eCommerce teams to turn campaigns and messaging into engaging email experiences that drive sales, retention, and subscription growth.

We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for design, an understanding of eCommerce, and the ability to work independently in a quick-paced environment.

We are Whisky Library , a U.S.-based whiskey retail and subscription company building a modern way to discover and purchase bourbon. We’re a small, global, execution-driven team that values ownership, speed, and high-quality work.

What You’ll Do

- Design email campaigns, promotions, newsletters, and lifecycle emails

- Turn copy and marketing concepts into compelling visual designs

- Create mobile-friendly, conversion-focused email layouts

- Maintain consistency across email campaigns and brand guidelines

- Collaborate with marketing, copy, and eCommerce teams

- Create variations for testing and continuously improve creative based on performance





Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of email or digital design experience, preferably in DTC/eCommerce

- Strong portfolio showcasing email and digital design

- Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and responsive design

- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

- Klaviyo experience is a plus, but not required

- Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms

- Understanding of email marketing and A/B testing

- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
