Empower patients as a Registered Nurse with Assisted Living Alberta in Okotoks. Provide essential nursing support while focusing on safe, quality, and patient-centered care across various community health settings.
This full time role combines direct patient care with leadership in health promotion. Utilizing your skills in critical thinking and problem-solving, you will play a key role in advocating for patient needs and ensuring interdisciplinary collaboration. Your experience in community care will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer comprehensive nursing services to patients and families • Advocate for patient rights and health needs • Utilize critical thinking in patient assessments • Collaborate effectively with health care teams • Conduct physical support tasks for mobility and patient care
Requirements: • Completion of an accredited nursing education program • Current registration eligibility with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification • Previous ISFL case management experience required • Strong organizational and communication skills
