Project ManagerAs a Project Manager at Ornge, you will lead the planning, performance monitoring and delivery of key projects that enhance the operational capabilities of our critical care air ambulance services. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams at all levels, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget to align with organizational goals. You will possess solid leadership, interpersonal and excellent communication skills with the technical knowledge required to lead a diverse range of strategic projects including changes to Ornge’s service offerings and healthcare partnerships, technology‑driven initiatives, and physical structures while maintaining a high standard of quality in a fast‑paced environment.Key AccountabilitiesLead end‑to‑end delivery of projects aligned with organizational strategy, priorities, and governance.Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Establish governance clarity, including defined roles, responsibilities, and decision‑making structures.Ensure effective stakeholder communication, expectation management, and issue resolution.Deliver projects within approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards, proactively managing risks and variances.Ensure vendor performance meets contractual obligations and deliverables.Apply appropriate project delivery methodologies to achieve successful outcomes.Contribute to advancement of PMO governance through reporting, metrics, and dashboards.Champion an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative project environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide direction and support to project teams.Review and assist business stakeholders to develop and maintain project charters, plans and requirements.Plan and manage scope, schedule, resources,
